Getting Started

Streamlined Resolution

Reaching Agreement

1. You tell us about the dispute, grievance, complaint or concern, and the contact details of those involved.

2. We review the information and, if we are able to assist, we send you a quotation.

3. Once the quotation is accepted and payment is made, we assign a MediationX Mediator.

4. The MediationX Mediator gets in touch with you and the other parties involved for pre-mediation discussions. If certain parties have not yet agreed to mediate, the MediationX Mediator will use best efforts for 30 days to persuade them to engage with the process. In the unfortunate event that the other parties refuse to mediate, you are issued a full refund subject to a £15 attempt and certification fee.
